I ordered my first bag for work in the color coffee back in April. I love it so much it’s the perfect size, fits everything I need, and is super cute and stylish. However, my handles got scratched so I ordered another one and this bag was completely different. The quality had changed the lock was dirty and the measurements were totally off the bag also had a big dent going across it. So I returned it and ordered another one since I love it so much and even still after ordering twice the quality is unmatched to the first bag I originally ordered. There is a small dent on the side of the bag and also the edges on the top of the bag are bent and are not straight. I’m hoping that with time it will soften up and the dents will go away and edges will eventually straighten. I need the bag for work and I really do love it but please make sure the bags are not defective from the manufacturer during the production process.

Not what we expected. Too big. Sent it back. Probably good for someone that likes a larger purse that looks like a bercan bag????

I absolutely ADORE this bag. It’s a great size (not too big or too small), has so many compartments to organize your essentials, looks so chic and classy (a bunch of people thought it was a Birkin), and I have gotten so many compliments! The scarf was something I added but I purchased that from Amazon too LOL. One of my best purchase decisions!!
