Went for the small and I normally wear 36" chest jackets/blazers. Fits perfectly.Warm, thick and exactly what you want for winter. Obviously it is highly reflective and seems good quality. Zip works without issue and pockets are good size.

I only gave a four star review but that is because of my own mistake. I brought a 4xl due to being a plus sized person and I had always fitted into that size snugly. So imagine my surprise when I put this on and it almost drowned me. I will try a smaller size next time but this jacket is everything you need. Light, comfortable and warm
