Jamie Oliver Round Springform Cake Tin, 9 Inches, Nonstick

After going through many other cheesecake pans that leaked, I found this one on Amazon. It was pricier than the others but I took a chance on it. It is a fabulous pan. No leaks, and the cake pan effortlessly glides right off the cake with no sticking. I highly recommend this pan for baking cheesecakes. Once I even traveled by air with it in my suitcase to make a cheesecake for a holiday with relatives. Don't leave home without it. 😃

Used it for the first time today for a phyllo spanakopita. Turned out perfect and was so pretty in the pan it sat on display while it cooled. Couldn't find as nice and well-priced a springform in any of the stores.

Ordered this and got a completely different product from some bakeware brand I've never heard before(which also did not have any tag,manual etc).FALSE ADVERTIZING.I'm sure the real pan is amazing but I am beyond disapppointed Amazon allows this mix up to happen(or was it deliberate?). I hope this NEVER happens again.

I used once for making NY cheesecake, no regrets that I ordered this springform. There was no leakage or any other issues that I've read below in some reviews.I liked the color and decided to try "Jamie Oliver" products for the first time.
