When I found my car with a dead battery in the driveway, I didn't panic. This product was easy to power up, correctly connect to the battery and start my car! It's a MUST HAVE for all drivers. Great gift for all members of the family.

This is a great product! I park my car in a public garage and barely use it in the winter. Having this lightweight easy to use jumper is fantastic. It is super simple, starts the car instantly and is easy to recharge and transport. Highly recommended.

Fortunately, I haven't needed this yet, so it's hard to give it the full five stars. But Wirecutter recommended it, and we needed one, so this seemed like the best choice. It's exactly as described, with a bright orange storage bag. I'll update this when my battery dies!

This charger is small and lightweight, and it works! Like most people, I kept it in the trunk of the car, hoping I'd never need it. Well, today the battery wouldn't start and because the weather was freezing the AAA was only assisting people stranded on the road, not people like me who were safe at home. Out came the Weego, and within a few minutes I had the car started. It took a couple of tries: my battery terminals are in really inconvenient locations, making it difficult to secure the clamps (not the fault of the Weego), and unlike a big charger the Weego didn't have enough power to make the engine turn over powerfully. But it was sufficient, I got the car going, and was able to drive it to a garage where the battery could be replaced. The bottom line: the Weego does exactly what it's intended to do, and it saves time.

It's easy to use and it's gotten me out of a jam more than once. The jumper does take a while to charge.

I've owned this for three years, which means the warranty ended a year ago. I went to charge it yesterday, per routine, and it won't take a charge at all. I used it two, maybe three times over the past couple of years. It is essentially a useless brick of ewaste. I contacted Weego support, and have not even received a reply. I would not recommend this device, despite the rave reviews it has received on Wirecutter. $100 for a jump starter that fails after such little use and time is highway robbery. If Weego provides some decent customer service, I will revise this review. Follow up: No response at all from Weego support. It's bad enough their product failed, but to not even receive a reply after a week is unacceptable.

Best purchase! I’ve jump started my car several times in seconds! This sits in the console of my 2015 Outback. After use simply bring it in and plug it in with the included charger. Holds charge for many months.
