I bought my first bottle at the local co-op after someone who was getting a bottle at the same time that had knee surgery and recommended it. My knees have always been a problem being active when I was much younger and although you don't feel this immediately, after a week in you do and it's noticeable after a week if you don't (went traveling and forgot to bring them- could feel that I hadn't been taking them at the end of the trip).
