My cats love this food! They used to eat Purina Fancy Feast but had problems with keeping it down. This food doesn’t make them throw up AT ALL. So 5 stars for that. Just wanted to mention though that some of the cans have been getting damaged to the point of being opened upon arrival. Not sure if there is anything that can be done about it, but wanted to mention it. Thank you!

After many attempts over the years, this is the first wet cat food that my now 11 year old cat will eat. She actually calls out for it each morning instead of eating her dry food. This makes me happy since it’s healthier for her. I also appreciate the smaller can sizes since she only eats a little at a time. 👍

I've read negative reviews about this product, which my cat and dog both eat (meal topper for dog). I ignored... But recently the odor of the product started to gross me out. Total yuck. Now, food in restaurants has had seem effect on me recently, and I wondered if I was just getting sensitized to the smell (foul fishy/rotten) odor. About the same time that I realized the odor was becoming offensive (I was planning to change brand), I now realize that my animals were struggling to consume said food, and suddenly had bathroom accidents in the house. I attributed to other factors... until today I opened a nice, fresh can of food and was not offended by odor. The cat gobbled it, and dog ate (a topping on kibble). I suspect that various batches of this product are not in proper shape... So ,this is just a beware. The product should be good and not smell like death! If it does, record information about the lot and help everyone by reporting. And get your money back if your care, or change product. I am not paying these prices to just keep my boys' bellies full. I don't want it to harm them...

I love blue buffalo products but I am extremely disappointed in this recent order. The "wet" food is more like a dry sponge. I add broth to it, but I shouldn't have to. It's legitimately the driest wet food I've ever seen. I don't know if I got a bad batch or what but I am not happy about it.

While this smells less than appetizing to me, my cat feels otherwise. She's not a big fan of wet food (strange, right?) but if I can get her to eat wet food, it's Blue Buffalo Tastefuls Natural Mature Pate Wet Cat Food Chicken Entrée that she'll eat.

My cats have eaten Blue Buffalo cat food purchased from the pet store for quite a while and loved it. I found it for less money on Amazon so I purchased the BB Chicken pate for mature cats. After feeding the Amazon purchased cat food to my 18 year old cat for awhile my cat began scratching furiously and started losing fur. Her ears and back became red and bleeding from her scratching. I took her to the vet 5 or more times and she was not able to determine a cause but treated her with antibiotics because she was so scratched up. She lost all the fur on her ears and half the fur on her back. She was clearly suffering. It wasn’t until I stopped feeding her the Amazon purchased BB Chicken pate for mature cats that she started getting better. This makes me wonder if the cat food I purchased from Amazon actually came from Blue Buffalo. I now buy my Blue Buffalo only from the pet store and my cat is doing well.
