Cherry Kringle-Racine Danish Kringles

If you've never eaten a Kringle, what are you waiting for??? They are delicious. Lots of flavors to choose from. I order several Kringles in December for the holidays, and other times during the year. Highly recommended and YUMMY!

I have had the Walnut, Cinnamon and Pecan Kringles..(They were all 5 Star). So I decided to try the Cherry..(Who Doesn't like Cherry??) This was Average at best..The Cherry tasted artificial and sort of bitter. The Icing did not go well with the flavor of the filling. To Sweet vs to bitter..The pastry itself was as usual very flaky and tender. I won't buy the cherry again but will try other flavors.. Just a heads up Read the Directions..(Either eat it when you get it or put it in the freezer..Do not refrigerate..)

I ordered the cherry kringle and the apple cinnamon kringle. Served them on Christmas morning and both of them were absolutely delicious, authentic and won rave reviews from my family. Not too sweet, but enough to curb that sweet craving. The filling and frosting were just right. But most importantly, arrived fresh and tasted fresh as well. Will definitely order again - maybe try a new flavor.

This was one of three different flavors we ordered and it was the only one we moderately enjoyed the taste. Do not expect any actual fruit pieces as we did not received any. Despite preventative cardboard packaging all three arrived flattened. High price, not very good taste, equals we do not recommend this item.
