Started taking this after a doctor recommendation (out of network, of course. My in network doctors were no help) when discussing weight gain last year.I was advised to take a chromium before eating carbs or drinking alcohol as it regulates blood sugar and reduces fat storage.Along with a healthy diet, exercise and lifestyle choices, I believe chromium has helped me with getting to a healthy weight.

I love the small size capsules. I found that this company makes great products.

It is hard to accurately review this product as I have not yet had blood work that might indicate whether or not this product is helping. Thorne products in my view are very high in quality so I am hopeful that it is helping.

Researchers cited this product in longevity studies from U Cal Irvine in 2013 and 2023, as well as the MIY-Harvard—U Maine study. I take it, and it works for me. I've also seen it cited in weight control studies. If you don't know about it, look it up. I tend to buy Thorne products because they have the least bad stuff in their capsules.
