This is a 2 for 1 with vitamin e and c within the apricot oil. I have mild eczema and this is gentle enough for my sensitive skin. It's a wonderful oil to use for face. It's lighter than castor oil and vitamin e oil, with a delicate accent. 10/10 would recommend
