Hi, also have purchased this product over the years. When I first began using ALL the Gratiae products they were very inexpensive, very high quality, reliably BOXED, and actually the real product. This facial serum was $10.00, packaged correctly, so it did not leak out during shipping before arrival and was the real product. Now, it is $100.00 and the box soaks it all up before it arrives.... for whatever reasons the new "sellers" give. I am not going with the given answer of "The price is fixed and was not $19.90." Ahhh really ??? No, actually it was $10.00 and I have seen up to $79.99, now $100, as well. I am not sure what you mean by the price is "fixed" because that is not my experience as a consumer of this product for over 7+ years. Through various providers AND with Gratiae as well. Is that really Customer Service??
