The media could not be loaded. So easy to install! Had a couple of customer service questions and company handled everything beautifully. Love the remote! Fan completely takes care of entire room! Highly recommend!

The instructions did not say anything about loosening the set screws to allow the fan to rotate.The remote is bulky and cheaply made.That being said, I still think this will be a great fan on my screened porch.
