La verdad que el voyager es el mejor headset lejos, el único problema es esta tela que después de un par de años de uso se empieza a deshacer. Confieso que la compré con cierto temor, pero se reemplaza muy fácilmente y es exactamente igual a la original. Se retira del headser tirando de la tela y luego se coloca la nueva encima de la almohadilla. Realmente muy bien!!

Love my replacement ear cushion, feels like new again.
I have had my Focus UC for over 3yrs and.love them, best headset for business ever. Use it heavily for business and personal conference calls online using Skype/Teams/Webex or over mobile. Over time my ear cushion began to wear out and i was most distressed that i may have to abondon my working Focus UC. I found JM Prime with the ear cushions and purchased immediately. It arrived on time and nicely packaged. Installation was a breeze. It feels like new just as got the orignal headset. Thanks.
