Needs time to mature but overall very good!
Rather difficult to cut and as a result it falls into crumbly portions. Perhaps if I’d left it a day or so to firm up the portions might have been more attractive.

The most delicious fruit cake. Very moist, packed with fruit.... rich with brandy (high quality flavour) was a bit tipsy after helping myself to a second piece straight away !! Haha
