They are excellent wires and connectors. they're also the cheapest i can find, all the others are actually fairly expensive and not what i need. The female connector is for directly soldering to a PCB and the male is on a wire letting me make easy connections for hard to solder places. by that i mean, i can solder the wire and terminals to separate PCBs, place the PCB into my project, then route the wires through designated holes and connect it to terminals.

However the wires are colored in reverse of what the kit expects. Option one, flip them around with a terminal remover tool, option two use extreme caution and use as is wiring battery against the common color coding.

Great product. My only issue is I purchased this by mistake I thought I was getting the larger connector this should be posted with some form of size comparison next to a measuring device like a ruler or next to a coin something to tell what size the connecter actually is. When a person does not have the dimensions handy to compare them with item required it make for a bad purchase. I was able to use this for power connection in my miniature rc toys I build myself and for controlling data connections it works great for tight spaces or restrictions for area to work in. Love the standard polarization of connectors as well makes it idiot proof only connects 1 way can not plug in backwards.

Anycubics mega pro's fan plug in type Is hard as heck to figure out. THIS IS WHAT I BEEN LOOKING FOR there the smaller then the standard 2 pin . Good wire and plastic the solder joint is also very good.

I was able to solder product onto a Printed Circuit Board. It will be used as battery terminals.

Needed small mini plugs to use on my HO buildings for plugging and unplugging the light circuit... however realized that once plugged,,, they have a little lock mechanism.... hard to get apart... simple fix by cutting the small "plastic Nub" on the part that causes them to lock.. .and they now they plug and unplug easily.... joeg

Pro: If you're using these for PCB mounting with infrequent connect / disconnect cycles .. these are very good! Con: If you're using them for inline connections, then soldering to the mating connector is not trivial (> 26 gage wires) and the pre-wired side is tinned with a short soldering area available for extending the wire lengths .. stripping the wires can be tricky due to the few strands available that can easily break. Also, strain relief is required for any wire extensions (e.g. heat shrink tubing at junctions) and some hot glue at the mating connector side. I still give them 4 stars, since the PCB mounting applications were the design target.

A lot came in the package and i've been using half of them already when you need a lot of lights for your layout
