Use when needed

With plenty of adjustment via Velcro straps this item did slightly reduce my shoulder pain, although that very same shoulder pain made it quite difficult to put on unaided. It was surprisingly comfortable for prolonged use although the cross-body belt is quite narrow and has a tendency to roll up unless worn right under your armpit. A bit less stretch would probably provide better support but that might come at the expense of comfort.It seems like very good value for money and time will tell if it helps long term.

Would not secure across chest to stay in position

its in 3 pieces and i still cant figure out how to assemble it,and it looks nothing like the picture,and no way its what i expected.There is no way it covers the shoulder/arm...absolute waste of money,and i am convinced its not what i ordered.i have no way to return it as i am totally housebound and live alone.So many things are advertised under glowing reports,so far better to buy in a care shop if possible.

My husband used this for a shoulder tendon injury. It’s not a magic cure but allowed him to rest the shoulder and hold ice pack on it but still have use of his hand/arm meaning he wore it more often (kept taking the normal sling off as he couldn’t use the arm!) so helped greatly with heeling.
