Exercise for strength
Exercises both upper and lower body but i went to a physio for expert training on these first or you could get that advice from the gym.

Terrible, don’t waste your money!
If I could give less than 1 star I would, they are terrible and offer no resistance at all, there is also no difference between any of them at all. They are absolutely useless

Doesn't do what they are meant to do.
Hasn't help at doing pull-ups at all. I have sent them back as I couldn't used them for assisted pull-ups.
