tl;dr Truly excellent cable for a very modest price.Bought this USB 2.0 cable to connect my MacBook Pro to my USB DAC in my office. I wanted a thinner more flexible alternative to my original overbuilt cable that wasn’t so cooperative in being routed around my desk and baseboards. This one did the trick. It’s well shielded, extremely pliable, and its connectors seat snugly. Last but not least, music plays cleanly through my DAC as if nothing changed (just a cleaner studio)! Highly recommended!

The cabel does it job but I expected the chrome part to be metal, unfortunately, it's chromed plastic.

Impressed with the quality for the price, needed one end so cut and bared cables, the main is screened cable with foil and a copper screen run underneath, the 4 main cores are standard usb colours of multi strand wire.
