Is there a reason why the sellers description ad has "pads" in it? Am I buying the bottle of cream cleanser?

Must be wrong labeling. I have the purifying cleanser and it's just a normal liquid solution...no pads :) And it's really great!!!

Will this help with scars red spots?

It definitely will help lighten scars and red spots or acne spots over time but it's not instant (nothing is) but it's a really great product and will definitely lighten over time! I would look at the Hydro Peptide website and just make sure this line is the one you want, they have quite a few that are fantastic!

Can we put moisturizer on afterwards?

Yes, this is a cleanser/face wash. So, you rinse it off and then dry your face. Afterwards, you can put on any moisturizer, serums, makeup, etc.
