Mat and Vic's Mens Socks (5 or 10 Pair Pack) Cotton Classic Comfortable Breathable

5 pairs of quality socks, and they arrived on time. It's very difficult to get brown socks but as usual Amazon had them.I've tried Pringles, only one size 6 - 11 and others who only supply variety packs of brown/beige. These 5 pairs are dark brown and exactly what I wanted.

Its been awhile since ive written a review but felt I had to do so for this product. I was needing a some socks for formal nights on my most recent cruise. I trawled through lots of reviews and finally settled for Mat and Vic's. I was swayed by all the positive reviews but you are never too sure how accurate they are going to be.I went for the 6-8.5. I take a size 9 shoe but the 9-11 size socks are usually swimming on me. My choice was perfect so if your a size 9 shoe take note. The socks themselves were of good quality and comfortable. They have a fine smooth finish and are not thick knit They could pass for formal or every day use. They have a fine smooth finish. The printed logo on the bottom appeared a bit odd initially but your never going to mix them up.I was very impressed with the quality and appearance of these socks and would recommend them to anyone looking for a decent pair of socks.

Spotted and ordered these due to the various sizing. I’m a size 11 (sometimes a 10 depending on shoe) and many socks in the traditional 6-11 size range are tight on my feet so when I saw these with sizes for everyone I thought I would give them ago and ordered a pack of 10 in size 9-11.They are comfortable but a little big on my feet, the heel area is more toward the back of my heel/ankle rather than on the ball of my heel wearing them. That being said they are comfortable to wear.Stitching on the toe is across the tops of the toe rather than the tips of your toe like some cheap socks, so doesn’t irritate or snag on your nails. The opening is folded over (basically double thick) but has plenty of stretch and give to get my big hoofs in and like the rest of the sock is soft material, theses will not cut into your legs unless you have very chunky ones.The downsides and why I have marked 4 rather than 5 star... Well for me the sizing in my opinion, they come up a bit large, if you are a size 9 and order 9-11 I imagine they will sag on your feet.The material also while very soft and feels good quality and is comfortable is pretty thin, similar to the old-fashioned nylon socks in thickness terms but obviously being predominantly cotton much higher quality. At only what works out to £1.50 per pair it’s not a big complaint. If you are used to thicker sports socks these are not as thick as those.These may shrink a little in the wash some socks do and then they would personally fit me perfectly if that happens I’d probably update and rate 5 star.Overall happy, hopefully they last, shame they don’t do single pairs from what I could see or I would try a size down.

Bought for my fiancé as he struggles with socks durability due to the size of his feet.Loves them, great quality and he said they keep his feet lovely and warm. Good price for quality x

I have bought these before in black.They are really comfortable and wash well, resting their colour and shape.Highly recommend

These have proved to be a great find. I have size 12 feet and had become fed up over the years with buying socks that shrank into tight tubes and whose soft tops went baggy - even the otherwise excellent M&S and HJ Hall's socks weren't immune; and to be able to find such socks in brown has proved a boon, too.Someone has written that these socks feel like nylon. The shiny nylon threads are visible in the weave but they are a soft, very stretchy 65% "cotton-rich" blend. They have no seams and are rather warm but do pull on extremely easily; they also fit really well and have a suitably soft ankle for comfort (it is very lightly elasticated).I can't fault them and will, without question, be buying more.

I thought these socks were a great buy and they are made really well. I do not have particularly large feet (size 8) and the various sizes were really helpful and a great fit. So far they have retained their shape and colour and I am very pleased with them. This would have been a five star review overall if it were not for the fact that they are quite hard to get hold of and stock seems to be constantly unavailable. Definitely a good buy and I heartily recommend them.
