I LOVE MY POTS!!! Ive been using thse pots for a little over a year now. I've been working with Copper/steel pots for the past several years. I love those pots as well as they're high quality, and heavy! But cleanup on them can be SUCH a hassle! I was attracted to the Gotham pots for a couple of reasons. First, the copper color compliments the ones I already have. So my cabinets dont look all hodge-podgy. The number of pieces for the price was also really good! And I love the various sizes. Great versatility for cooking! But cooking in them has been a total game changer! Clean up is a breeze! Haven't had to soak a pot yet!! We'd gotten used to needing to soak pots with the copper/steel ones we have. I was concerned that I might not have been able to sear or blacken foods on them but I can and I have!!! And even still.....cleanup was easy!! I love to use the deep square one when I fry foods, which I do infrequently. Baking in the muffin pan has been great too! Foods come out nicely and evenly browned! They have great heat distribution and heat up pretty quickly so you don't need high flames if you cook with gas. I will most likely be getting a few other pieces. I would buy this set all over again if I had to! You definitely get your money's worth with this set, and more!

This is a really nice cookware set. It's well made, and very beautiful. Follow the directions with low to medium heat on the stove top, and it will serve you well.. its oven safe, including the the lids, so grab an oven mit when removing the lids. It's light weight. No need to use heavy casserole dishes.

I received a catalog advertised that I had instant credit for this item. The only problem was even though I didn’t really want to charge it. I was tempted. But when I compared it to Amazon I received 3 to 4 extra pieces at a lower price than what was offered to me through the catalogue. AND I ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT. IT COOKS EVENLY THE HANDLES NEVER GET TOO HOT AND EXPLAINS UP AND WASHES VERY VERY WELL.

This product is lovely to look at, however it definitely did not hold up to advertised claims for use. The very first time baking brownies and the square pan was scratched by the butter knife used to cut them; so much for "metal utensil safe." In addition, after just a few months of regular use, the fry pan and square pan had lost all signs of the non-stick promise and had a visibly dull surface. Because of this, I began reaching out to Gotham last spring, followed their suggestion of cleaning well with boiling water to remove any so-called film that could have accumulated and thus compromise the effectiveness of the non-stick surface and when that didn't work provided pictures, details and order/payment information as requested only to be completely ghosted by Gotham. I followed up multiple times with my warranty/claim ticket number with no response. As a seasoned cook, this was not user error and I am beyond disappointed with the cookware and the support (or lack there of rather) received. The 10 year use warranty claim is a joke, don't fall for it.

Replaced our old “flaking/peeling” cooking set and per the reviews and the option for hammered “copper” look (more like a rose gold color, but decided to keep them), to match my hammered Chicago Hardware Foundry cast iron set. These are lighter than the set replaced but so far (1 month of light cooking) are holding up well to multiple dishwashings. I’ve used every pot for various reasons and they are holding up well so far. For some reason, the bottoms of the pots/pans are turning a grey after dishwashing. We have an electric stove so it isn’t burns from a gas stove. I only use wood or rubber utensils, so I don’t know how they hold up to harder utensils when cooking. I do use a steel “sponge” that I use to clean the cast iron pans with no issues at all. I haven’t used the baking pans yet but left the cookie sheet in the oven when I baked my sourdough bread (450 degrees) and it is still very sturdy. Not warping as another review stated. I also do NOT take the pans from the stove to the sink water which would definitely destroy any pans. So far, I think I will enjoy using this set. If anything changes I will let you know. If things change for the worse, I’ll try to remember to update my review.

Great cookware and never needs copper cleaner. Nothing sticks with no oil or spray WELL WORTH THE PRICE!

Beautiful beautiful, beautiful. Even though they don’t suggest dish dishwashing, I washed all the pieces in the dishwasher with no effect on them. They cook very well and is a dependable set of cookware.

The pans are super nice, very good quality. I don’t put them in the dishwasher to help with longevity but they’re pretty easy to clean anyway.

I got the full set of pans and it was very well packed and boxed. Took me a while to unbox them. The quality and finish is superb 👌 I've used all of them except the Dutch oven and the muffin tin. They are really fantastic to cook in non stick and so easy to clean. Easily the very best pans I've ever owned. Don't be put of by the price, get them you won't regret it 💯

So after ordering these a friend said they were rubbish 😱 gave them a go any way and OMG they are brilliant so far! Not used lard or oil for frying eggs, totally non stick & perfect eggs loving them & well worth the money
