Works better than I thought it would
This product worked for my needs. I was a bit worried at first but I was definitely happy with the product. Absorbancy is definitely good to work for most people. The product had a good fit also not too lose and not too tight.

Very nice product.
These are very cool, for an incontinent person they look like actual briefs so they don't feel like they're wearing a diaper. You can pull them down to take them off or if necessary rip the sides to remove.Update: Okay so I still like these, but after trying another brand, these seem to be much bulkier and rely on the bulk to absorb urine. I tried other ones that have a blue strip that absorb the moisture and seem to work better overnight. Still giving them five stars.

Quality Needs Improvement
I can vouch for the absorbency of this product. It is the best I have used for the past 10 years. And fewest leaks. Note that this particular item is not carried in stores, and cheapest prices are from Amazon. However there have been continuing and worsening problems with quality I have been reporting this to Tena for about 3 years, but recently got worse. They have two problems in my use. 1) They are designed to rip down the side for easier removal for some people. However the left side seam fails while in use. I have had multiple failures of this nature in the past few weeks, some while out in public. 2) The fabric often rips in the back below the waistband while pulling them up.I have had a subscribe and save order for a few years for this item but I have cancelled. Back to the "D" brand.

Secure and comfy
Got these to feel more secure while doing an extended prep for a colonoscopy. Due to thicker padding in the front for urinary incontinence, I wore them backwards for obvious reasons. These were comfortable, even worn backwards. Even though they thankfully didn't get a real test of absorbancy and containment, they worked for me. I'm planning an intercontinental trip and read that it's a good idea to have these along, so that will be the next test. Oh, I should mention; I couldn't tell I was wearing these under my pants.
