Q: How do i get these for a left handed body

The only thing that is not symmetrical (ie different for right and left handed) is the magnet stagger (height of the magnets). But Hendrix got by just fine playing a Strat that was flipped over right-to-left. Unless you're super-critical of the balance of string volumes, you'll be OK.

Q: Are these made in USA?

Benjamin, I will double check my packaging when I get home. I would say all custom shop pickups are USA made. I visited the Fender website and these have the same Part # 0992111000. Fender also has a tech number for you to verify @fender.com,,, All forum discussions are saying they are USA made. I will check my package later today. They sound great sir. very punchy !

Q: Are theses the same ones on Stevie Ray Vuaghn used on his guitar ?

No. Stevie Ray's Strats are mostly from the early 60's (main one was a '63 body and '62 neck). During this time, Fender was using formvar insulation on their pickup wire. Fender didn't change to using enamel-insulated wire until 1964. (NOTE: They changed back to the more orange-toned formvar later on) Texas Special pickups are wound with enamel wire, and there are more turns of wire (and higher impedance) than earlier 60's pickups. Both factors will result in more midrange and slightly less highs, compared to SRV's pickups. Still, these should be OK for you unless you're very particular about the amount of highs that you'll get from the pickups. Again, expect highs to be somewhat subdued compared to '63-era formvar based pickups. Some call the reduced highs 'warm' but others call it 'dull.' It depends what you favor personally. BTW, formvar insulation looks more like copper wire, slightly orange. Enamel insulation is a darker brownish tone. So the coils on these will look darker than most pickups, including earlier 60's era pickups.
