Vitacost Biotin - 5000 mcg - 300 Capsules

I was trying to cut back on supplements I was taking so was backing off of them one by one to see which ones were actually working. I was taking this one for hair loss. When I stopped using it I noticed my hair thinning once again. I got back on and hair has more body and less falling out. I read biotin is also a good antifungal. I recommend it to anyone having hair issues.
