Armstrong Shinekeeper Resilient Floor Finish 32oz

My vinyl floor had lost all of it's shine and collected dirt more than when it was new. The Armstrong Shinekeeper polish worked fantastic. It saved me from replacing my vinyl floor. It needed several coats because it was in such bad shape. But now it looks like it did when it was new and the shine seems to be very durable.

I maintain a 22-unit apartment complex entirely tiled in asphalt tile. We scrub the floors with a power floor polisher and then I use this finish on them. Two coats and the asphalt tile looks great. Finish lasts pretty long and it is easy to apply and dries pretty quickly.

Best floor product I've ever used.

Our 12 year old floors (vinyl, with a slightly pebbled texture)are worn enough that they started picking up dirt really easily. Our cleaning lady recommended this product, and WOW what a difference! You do have to get the floor extremely clean first (or you'd just be sealing in the dirt). Armstrong recommends their "once and done" cleaner, so that's what we used. My wife used Mr. Clean "magic erasers" around the edges where the floor scrubber machine couldn't reach (they work well on the moldings, too). A 32 oz container was just enough for our hallway, kitchen, and morning room (perhaps 400 square feet altogether, maybe less). She squirted it onto the floor and spread it around with a light-duty microfiber mop. The product was applied in mid-October. 4 1/2 months later, the floors still look great, and they clean up more easily also. Last week, the cleaners used the floor scrubber on the kitchen to get up lots of little spots and drips. We weren't sure if that would remove the finish or not, but they didn't have to scrub hard to get it clean, and the floor still looks nice and shiny. I'm impressed!
