Everything is great but the syringe.
I am super happy with this ink. I put it in an Epson Ecotank 2720 and it's perfect. Works great. Looks amazing sublimated onto mugs. Total win.But I have to ask: whoever packaged the syringe with this kit needs to lose their job. It takes so many refills of the syringe to fill the tanks it's ludicrous. It took me almost an hour just to put the ink into my printer because I had to go slow so as not to make a mess, and keep filling and refilling the syringe. If you order this ink, which I do recommend, believe me, get yourself some high capacity syringes along with it. You'll thank me.And Seogol: FIX IT. It's utterly ridiculous.

Converting
Right now I’m only giving it 3 stars I am really hoping to come back and change it. I received this ink yesterday and got everything switched out and ready to go. I printed my first back which barely printed any black and had red lines through it. I have since ran several nozzle checks and cleanings and it’s finally maybe starting to print right. I will say I have lost a lot of ink in this process so I’m a little annoyed with that. Hoping to get it going and see how the colors do and I hope come back and change the 3 stars but for now I will leave it. Also I watched every YouTube video I could possibly find before the ink got here and while I was changing it out so I wasn’t just doing it how I thought it should have been done. After being contacted by customer service I am changing to 5 stars. They went way out of their way to contact me to make it right and even sent a new shipment of ink. I am very happy with the product and customer service.
