Should be zero stars if it were possible.Crab legs arrived defrosted with plenty of packing foam nuts, but without any ice.Thanks LOBSTER GRAM for sending this UPS Ground.Never again.

Crabs legs where hot and had to be thrown out. There was no ice and package wasn't cool or cold. A waste of $150.00 due to no returns accepted.

The product was not worth the price. The meat was extremely tough like they were old.

Do not waste your money

Presentation means everything to me. I am disappointed I received many small bits of the joint area. Pieces to be described as crumbs. Taste really good overall.

Sad ,it was fully thawed, had sat way to long during shipping.It was hot nasty smelling apon arival.The ice had fully thawed days before it got here.I had to throw it all away.
