The quality of this book is beautiful. Thick paper and gorgeous coloured drawing. A book to treasure. I loved it so much I bought a second one for a friend.

There's a thing now for baby showers where the guests are asked to bring their favourite childhood book for the baby - hey presto an instant library and hopefully the start of a lifelong love affair with books. I bought Paddington, remembered fondly from my youth - funny, warm and timeless. From the sighs of approval all round, it's clear that young or old, everyone loves a bear called Paddington!
