I only have been using it for under a week due to reading about its health benefits. My husband has been using it for 3 weeks as recommended by his doctor for its anti-inflammatory effect. They are on the larger side, but that being said, I haven't had a hard time taking them. They don't burp up so that is a positive, and I haven't had any stomach issues after taking them.

After 4 to 6 weeks of taking Borage/GLA daily, I’ve noticed my eyelashes are longer. That outward effect indicates a beneficial internal effect in my opinion. The capsule isn’t any larger than a large vitamin tablet. Doesn’t upset my stomach when I take it before eating breakfast first thing in the morning. I’m reordering and will continue to take this supplement.

I took these for two months. They have no taste which is good. However, I never saw how they imoved anything in my health so I stopped taking them.
