This product is a bit on the expensive side but it is an enterprise level product. I needed a remote 'crash cart' type of device where IPMI wasn't available and this fit the bill. It came with the most recent firmware, supports JAVA and HTML5 interfaces and works with the current browsers/java in addition to providing virtual media capabilities from either your computer or a limited selection from a file share. So far I've tested it with Windows 2012R2, Linux and my Macbook and haven't run into any issues.

Expensive for what it is
Doesn't seem to be supported any longer. Last firmware update in 2016. Couldn’t get it to work on my mac on any browser. Did get it working on windows vm. remote power control requires a special PDU and additional part. Description on that could be clearer. I am a bit disappointed in the purchase given the cost.

Works as advertised. Very good portable KVM - this can be powered up by a USB charger with the correct DC tip.

Highly functional
Works really well. I use VPN to connect to it when out of the office. Works better than the IPMI built into the motherboard.

Functional/reliable for infrequent use; relies on ancient java code; would hate to do real work over it
I have this attached to a Windows system where the VPN client is configured to refuse to connect if it senses that the user is connected via a remote desktop protocol. So my only use for this device is to KVM into it and re-launch the VPN client when the network drops or the system bounced itself after updates. Once the VPN is back on I drop the KVM connection and just RDP into the machine as usual. For that use case its fine. Mouse tracking is still horrific and the reliance on java code makes it kind of awkward to use from a MacOS X device but it works and it's reliable. The issues with pointer tracking, resolution etc. all mean that I would flat out hate to have to do any real work over this device but if you use it as a last-resort or emergency access device its pretty solid and workable.
