Helps with my arthritic hands.
Great glove to help keep my wrists in position - I suffer from psoriatic arthritis and this glove helps me overcome some weaknesses. Not sure if it is legal for competition but I don't play many tournaments so that is not an issue for me. It can be used as your go to glove on the course though I generally take it off to putt.

Game changer
Ive only been playing golf for a year but this glove is a lifesaver, helps with proper wrist cock. I only wish it was cheaper , I got a brand new no name glove for six bucks so idk where all the extra money for this glove is going to.

Flat wrist
It's helps to remind me to keep my wrist flat and forward in the swing. It will not prevent you from bending your wrist but if you do you will feel it. Anything that helps is ok in my book. Highly recommended!
