Bought this for my Dad for fathers day, he suffers from gout and I thought this might provide a bit of relief.Overall I would recommend it, does what it say on the tin and best of all it's easy to use.What I like:- easy to operate, this is for my Dad and the remote isn't complicated- washable, the covers come off via a zip, see photos. I figured if it's going to heat your feet up you might need to wash it! The top part zips off but so does the bottom part where you can remove the unit (which has another white cover over it) from the inside, allowing you to wash all of the velvet/exposed parts you can see.- functions well, the heat isn't instantaneous and really hot (though might appreciate it's ability more in winter) but it makes it more comfortable, is a nice feature if you find you have cold feet. The massaging element is great, as it feels powerful and gives a good massage.What could be better:- could maybe be warmer, but maybe there are safety limitations for this?- the massager stays static in position, could maybe move up and down in future models, but it's not hard to move your feet where you want to be massaged, there's enough room too.Other notes:- I like the look of the black/grey ones but settled on brown as my parents have a brown leather sofa, I'm glad I got the brown one as it looks good against the brown sofa.- one photo shows a different power plug, mine was a UK plug.- one photo could mistake this for a wireless remote, to be clear it's a wired remote.

It's very good for feet and heal pain . Heat wise not good enough. Should be little cheap price wise.

Definately a foot massager with heat - I ordered it more for the heat than the massager...Easy to use. On/off, heat, and two buttons for clockwise/anti-clockwise rotation on the massager.It does warm up and get your feet warm.

I use it every day. Works very well.

One of my daughter stranger christmas present requests this was at a good price point and works well. Would recommend.

I was very sceptical about this.For over 15 years I have suffered from chronic Plantar Fascitis in both feet, but the left being the worst, I have had the injections, orthotics and was seriously considering surgery. Also having to wear safety boots most days, my feet were getting exceptionally painful and a great deal worse. I read about this possibly helping, my pain was so bad I would struggle to walk any distance or even just move around the house. After a week using this 3 times a day, the pain was reduced massively, now I only use it a couple of times a week. I have just came back from 2 weeks abroad wearing nothing but flipflops and sandals, I even managed to walk miles while away in flipflops without any great issue. seriously well worth the money if you are in any pain with your feet.

Got this for my mum for a present, she loves it. You can wash the top part and the material keeps your feet snug.Cons: wish there was a speed function, it can get a bit numb when it's going a little fast.
