Works great, remote turns on then 3 settings. One remote didn’t work out the box, the second we glued magnets to help not lose it.

Bought this unti for my basement and I when I got it I just put it away and now that I went to use it product doesn't even turn on. Now I can't even return it for another one or even a refund. Need to know if this is even fixable and if so how can I fix it. Does it come with a fuse that I can buy it. My review right now isn't the greatest about there product. I'm completely not happy at all right now with this situation cause now it's not even available any more.

So far I love it with one little exception....It is completely worthless without the remote!!!!Don’t you dare lose the remote or you’ll never be able to use the lamp!!!!!

Ordered 2, 1 arrived broken. Doesn’t put out as much heat as I would hope.This review won’t get posted anyway, don’t know why I am even submitting it. If you aren’t a bot the reviews get blocked.

This is an excellent heater. Has 500, 1000 and 1500 watt output. The instructions, however, are worthless as to operation. Here's what you need to know for using the heater. Toggle the black switch on the side of the unit to on position. (Leave it on all the time.) A red light will switch on at the front right side of the unit. Then using the remote, turn on the unit and select the desired output. The heater will turn on with a green light on the front right side of the unit. Works great; heats up fast. When you want to turn off the heater, use the remote to switch it off. Caution using two units on the same circuit. If they are both on using 1000 watts, you may trip your circuit.

Had it for a very short period of time... already dead. Tried searching for a replacement bulb. To save some money during the summer. Sucks

Ok, the first one I ordered in did not work. However,The vendor reached out to me directly after reading my comment about the product not working. The vendor quickly sent me a fully functional unit! I have it hung in my garage to help take the edge off on these cold spring days. This product is worth the money, and the vendor is great to work with!

Mounted these and put in operation in November of 2023 for an enclosed small ice cream parlor and the 2 I bought already died. Not worth the time and money to invest in these. They operated 3 hours a day
