QUALITY IS NOT UP TO OUR EXPECTATIONS
THE KADAI IS SAID TO BE PRE-SEASONED. STILL WE SEASONED AS PER MANUFACTURER'S GUIDLENS, STILL IT IS RUSTING EVERY DAY. WE HAVE TO REMOVE RUST. OUR 35 YEAR OLD KADAIPURCHASED LOCALLY PERFORMS BETTER. I BOUGHT ONE DOSA TAWA FROM MAYER .IT DOES NOT HAVE ANY SUCH PROBLEM. EVERY DAY I HAVE TO HEAR COMPLAINT FROM MY WIFE !!!!

Wonderful Cast Iron Kadai- Great for daily cooking
Wonderful product. This Iron Kadai by indus valley is great for daily cooking. Quality wise it is good and made of iron so its good for healthy cooking. In starting some seasoning was required and gradually it works like a non stick and food doesn't stick on it.
