So 20 liter bag was supposed to come with a mini 2 liter bag which I did not receive ....what's up with that..?

I got one when I ordered mine but this company will likely do nothing about it because in my experience they can't be trusted to help their customers.

Can you remove the straps on the 20L dry bag?

Yes. you can remove the straps. Each waterproof backpack includes two cushioned, adjustable and removable shoulder straps for single strap over the shoulder, or traditional back pack style carry options. Can the front zipper pocket be used to store wet clothes/towels to keep your other items from getting wet?

Not from what I can see, because the front zipper pocket is too small for towels or wet clothes. You can fit small items like a set of keys or possibly a small phone in there.

This is my second purchase of idry bag products

I am a returning customer. I decided to buy the 20L one for winter season that I needing to carry along my winter gears. Very durable and high quality. The material doesn’t crack or break over years . It might have a small scratch or two but it is not a big deal. I have used my 15 L one for many years. It is very versatile for I can fit some grocery items , lunch box, winter gears, bottles , personal valuables, umbrella etc into my Idrybag backpack. A friendly reminder, white colour or light colour might have visible stain that can be wipe away with damp cloth or proper care . I choose black colour for that matter .

great dry bag backpack with some little pockets and bottle holder. only thing i don't like is if I don't have a lot to carry some days the buckle to roll down is too high on the pack; wish it was lower to close and roll down to clasp
