So far very pleased. Great bike for the money.
I am a season hunter and I bought this bike with the purpose of using it as a scouting/ hunting tool. I hunt public land in Florida, where many times vehicles are not allowed and it is extremely hot to be walking long distances while carrying a bunch of gear with you. I was skeptical at first, but I figured why not give it a try based on the price. So far I have put this thing through a fair amount of abuse. I've taken this thing through places most of you would never even think of taking your bike to and it has performed way better than I would have ever expected. It has kept up and even performed better in some instances than a more expensive bike that my hunting buddy has.Customer service is also very good. I had an issue where one of my pedals hit a tree stump hidden under some grass and messed up both my right pedal and crank. I contacted the seller, they asked for some pictures and sent me a brand new crank and pedal set within just a few days. It was very reassuring to find out that customer service is easy to talk to and that the seller stand behind his product. The only complaint that I can come up with is the breaks. After you adjust and tighten them, they tend come back loose pretty quickly. They also make a lot noise sometimes. Especially when they are a little wet. This is not a deal breaker for me and considering the price, it was expected that some corners were cut somewhere. If you are thinking on buying this for trail riding, hunting, or the city, I would definitely recomend it. Just keep an eye on the breaks.

Super fun to ride
First electric bike. Arrived with the chain guard broken and the seller sent me a replacement right away when I sent a message through Amazon to them. Very cool. I'm 240lbs (108kg) and this gets up to just over 21 mph (34km) when you get up to level 5 on flat road. I replaced the seat with a C9 and went 25 Mike's before the battery went down one light.Edit on 17 May 2023 from original 31 May 2022 review.Still super fun to ride. Dirt/gravel road popped the rear tire tube. 2 minutes on YouTube showed how to replace with engine there.Down to 4 stars. Breaks go loose when you use them so if you have to stop....you HAVE to stop to hand tighten the red adjustment gimmick. WTF?The cranks come off. You can put some stink on the Allen wrench when you tighten them but they just come loose. Total BS for a $1,200 bike. Max 2 miles before you feel your foot start to wobble when you pedal. Have come home on pure battery 3 times. ( Go 1/4 mile...stop...tighten breaks...tighten crank screw finger tight or with tool...repeat until home) Legit buyers remorse and this is below 4 stars....keep shopping. 3 of the stars are for how quick customer service was to replace a broken part

Could be better but for the money, fine starter. Brakes are squeaky bad. Replacing with new ones
My first electric bike so not a lot to go on. I can recognize a poor design or something that will cause issues somewhere down the road. The wire sitting in the open like this is only going to catch on something and be torn off.Battery life is so, so. Expected better. Expected a little faster than 19 mph and I only weigh 150lbs.Brakes??? Don't rely too much on your brakes. Mine barely stop the thing, that and they squeak so bad.Check everything real good. Comes with hardly anything actually tight.I use the throttle a lot, only because i’m a right leg amputee. So far i’ve been able to get about 40 miles before a charge. Still too new to me to make a good call on it. For the money it’s worth it. Bought fenders for it right away cause you will get soaked and muddy without them.

Customer Service is Great!
This is a great bike! It is not without criticisms, but overall it perfectly fits my needs as a utility ebike. I did run into an issue where the rear brake line was sticking due to a major kink in the line, but customer support went way above and beyond to get my situation resolved.Pros, the 750 watt motor is strong, you can load the bike up with bags and stuff with no problems! The bike looks great! I get comments all the time from people on the street. I love the step through design which makes it easy to get on. I love the 4" tires they make your ride comfortable and absorb shock well. Front shocks help save your arms/shoulders from bumps. The cons, brakes are a little squeaky. The chainring is too small meaning your feet are flying with no resistance I would use pedal assist much more if my pacing was slower at top speed. If you want to go 20MPH your feet just can't move fast enough to keep up. So I find myself using the throttle or using pedal assist if I want to go slower (15 MPH seems to be the sweet spot for pedal assist)

Just Got It, But boy it seems great.
Since I just got this bike last week and it has been raining here in San Francisco (THINK MAJOR HILLS ALL OVER THE PLACE) I have not had a ton of experience with it. So I will tell you what I know right now, and update in about three months how it is going. I am very happy with the product. What they said I was getting, I got. It works perfectly and I weigh 200 pounds fully geared up to ride with backpack. I went up a 7% hill like I was Lance Armstrong, in that we both cheated but went really really fast! I got the beefed up 500W version. Also when you are shopping notice that the Meek Bike has better wattage, better volts and better amps then the competitors. It simply has better numbers. You must read the directions to put it together carefully and when you do it comes together very nicely in less than an hour. But it is NOT intuitively easy. You must follow the directions. Since I am an impatient guy, it only got 4 Stars from me on ease of assembly.Best of luck in your search, I think you can trust these folks.

No instructions specific to this bike
Delivery was quick! We bought two of the bikes (two orders). Opened one so far. Assembly was not bad - but there were NO instructions for this model specific included. There are also no specific instructions for this model included either. Can't even find them online. We drove it. Works well except when you first put it into assist 1 it jerks fast forward then goes under control. Looking for somewhere to easily obtain answers. Will review again when we get some answers and access to a manual specific to this bike.
