DEAR SIRS, I RECEIVED MY SON'S BINOCULARS TODAY AS PROMISED. THEY WERE ALL YOU SAID. THEY WERE. MADE WITH STRONG DURABLE MATERIALS, EAS TO SET UP, AND HAD A VERY CLEAR/SHARP VIEW. THE ONE THING THAT UPSET ME WAS THERE WAS NO WRIST STRAP OR BREAKAWAY NECK STRAP THAT WAS LISTED IN THE LIST OF THE THINGS THAT COME WITH THE PRODUCT. BY NOT GETTING ANY KIND OF STRAP WHAT SO EVER AS PROMISED IF REALLY UPSET MY SON TO TEARS, AS HE WANTED TO HAVE HIS BINOCULARS JUST LIKE DADDY'S HANGING FROM HIS NECK. PLUS WE ALSO RECEIVED NO FAMILY E-BOOK #101 WILD BIRDS. MAYBE SINCE ALL OF THIS IS HAPPENING YOU SHOULD TAKE A MINUTE TO OPEN THE BOX. AND MAKE SURE THAT THE CUSTOMER IS GETTING ALL THAT IS PROMISED WITH THE PRODUCT. FANTASTIC BINOCULARS, BUT IS THERE ANY WAY THAT YOU COULD MAIL ME THE BREAKAWAY NECK STRAP AND THE E-BOOK. WOULD REALLY LIKE TO HAVE THEM SINCE THEY WERE PROMISED AND PAID FOR. PLEASE ADVISE.DIANE L. HERCHICK

When we were shopping for binoculars for my daughter, she loved the look of these, so I decided to give them a try. Unfortunately, while they look fun and are certainly sturdy enough for a child to tote around, the image quality is not there when used. We returned them in favor of a pair of quality, compact adult binoculars. In the long run, kids will use them more if they actually work well, and in that case, who care's if they're a fun color. You're looking through them, not at them.

Bought my 6 year old daughter her first binoculars, in pink, of course, and she was thrilled. For a first time user, she required a tutorial, but once she understood how to adjust them, she was awed by their ability to show her things that were so far away. We took them on Safari and it was fabulous to have them. They come with a convenient neck strap and carrying case. They're super durable... my daughter wacked them around but good and they're just fine. Great buy!

I was surprised that this feel like a very sturdy piece of equipment. It zooms and focuses enough that it's easier to use this one than my adult compact one. I would say that it's small, compact but big enough to be able to hold well and sturdy enough to be of actual use. I got it for my daughter but I might kinda keep it for myself. Haha

These a a gift for my granddaughter and they are perfect can't wait for Christmas.PS: Customer Service of this company is amazing
