There was a problem with my order, and contacting via Amazon, I was put directly in touch with the supplying company. I cannot recommend them enough for their customer service and speedy resolution. I think a lot of companies could take a leaf out of their book.As for the product itself, it's great for cleaning. I used it with some hot water through a wet-vac machine (Numatic 'George') to clean some car seats that were getting grubby. The seats came up looking great, with little effort....and more importantly, the low-foam properties worked really well.The George wet-vac machines are very sensitive to foam and cut out if the cleaning solution creates too much foam. Vax cleaning solution is terrible for this, so it was nice to find a good cleaner that also doesn't trip the float cut out in the machine.My only gripe, although a very trivial one, is there is very little scent, if any. While it's not important in the scheme of things (effective cleaning is the most important), the promise of a cherry scent was quite appealing. The neat, undiluted solution smells lovely, but when diluted to the recommended amount, there is only the faintest smell when using, and as soon as the fabric is dry there is no discernible sent at all.Overall, a very nice product from a very good company.

I have a vax spotless and this is great stuff, very foamy but cleans and smells lovely although the smell don’t last it’s pleasant whilst cleaning. For the price I highly recommend.

Not bad cleaning.Smell isn't very strong so seems to wear off quickly.

On effective cleaning fluid.Not much required in the carpet cleaner, so good value for money.Sweet smelling liquid.

Smells lovely, scent doesn’t last long unfortunately.Produces way too much foam, so had to go over carpet multiple times to remove the white residue marks. Wouldn’t purchase again.

It's a nice smell cleans carpets nice and clean I think it's good value for money and easy to use

Tested this in mummy little vax spot cleaner first before I used in my larger carpet cleaners and I’m so glad I did because it was really very foamy next to Vax cleaner liquid and others that I’ve used. The smell is delightful .I ended up mixing the solution in a bottle first and filling the spot cleaner tank with cold clean water just to rinse . I would imagine this to be a nightmare in a carpet cleaner covering a large area , where it advised that hot water is used? It did clean well on the small area I tested it on . It’s not what I’d call value for money as I now have to purchase another carpet cleaning product for my carpet cleaner that I trust to be low foam because i know my larger machine won’t work efficiently with a foaming cleaner . It wasn’t pink as in the bottle, looked a pale clear liquid with a tint of pink ? It is advertised as a low foam , it’s just not and read your machine manuals that warn against foaming cleaners , they can damage an expensive peice of kit . One star for the smell !
