I applied the stress relief bottoms of my feet and legs .. next day I just sprayed some on my chest and arms. They're very generous with their product by the way, anywho, just a few minutes later I felt awesomely catatonically relaxed. Does it work? Yes. I'm not sure if there is one for energy if so I need it bad bad bad bad. I also ordered the hair restore regrowth product, shame on me for not using it daily I probably would have noticed a difference however I just did purchase this and I'm sure it will work. Buy the products they work, I feel better without taking drugs to relax me, wait a minute that sounded horrible, I meant, melatonin actually. I usually took melatonin to put me to sleep last night was the first night I did not take it, I used the spray instead. Yippy skippy I got up refreshed this morning. Well only the first bottle I bought has a dropper type insert already installed and the spray nozzle was included but separate. I wanted to use it as a spray and in trying to remove the stopper...I spilled bout a 1/3 of it. My clumsy fault I guess and very upsetting. Hope I don't do that again. But I used the remainung amount product and discovered I really like it. And although I lost out on a whole bottle; it still lasted me quite a while. This is my second purchase. It soothes my painful Arthritis symptoms I am experiencing in my ankles. Which is not Arthritis but sure looks, feels and acts like Arthritis would be. This stuff is really nice. Not the cure but is nice and alleviates some of my discomfort.

Excellent product to assist in relief of anxiety and aid relaxation.

I bought this spray for several reasons. I have hypothyroidism but I fluctuate between hot/cold, hyper/hypo symptoms thanks to hashimoto's.This stuff is a life saver for those hyper days to include anxiety. 3 sprays across my lower stomach & within a few minutes I find myself relaxed. For bed, those nigts I feel like it's going to take forever to fall asleep, I spray the same way & I swear my body is trying to be at full rest which makes turning off those thoughts 10× easier!I only get a very minor itch for a few minutes & then its gone. The smell is wonderful!Will buy this over & over. The good news though, this bottle will last a long time!Thanks for such a great product!

I tried cbd oil spray for muscle pain and relaxation, not great results. A friend recommended magnesium oil and I read the great reviews, ordered same day, and used it on my calves and lower back the same night it arrived. It helped me relax and fall asleep fast!
