Beautiful and perfectly made!

this is absolutely gorgeous. just want it for decor reasons. love copper. it looks great on my stove top.

I was hesitant to order this tea pot as some reviews cautioned that the handle can melt when lowered and that it can burn since the pot bottom diameter is smaller than the burner. I was also concerned that it is a bit smaller than the regular size tea pot. But now I had it for about a month and absolutely love it. The handle stays up and is not a problem, it does get a bit hot, but I make sure not to touch outside the handle. The smaller size is also making me use it more frequently, which was another reason why I waited to post the review. I wanted to make sure that it will not discolor or burn as some reviews stated. None of that happened so far after a month of daily frequent use. Lovely tea pot!

Very nice tea kettle. Item was given as a gift and the recipient was very happy to receive it. She has stated that is a very nice addition to her kitchen and has been a joy to use as the weather has turned wintry. She also loves the sturdiness of the tea kettle and luster of the copper.

This is SOOOOO PRETTY in person! I am absolutely in love with it! This arrived so well packaged I was actually afraid I was going to damage it trying to open it, luckily I didn't. The lid fits perfectly and the handle is moveable but nice and stiff so it won't flop over when upright. A little note came in the inside of the teapot explaining about the patina issue, and said that you can use copper cleaning wipes available on Amazon to clean it if you don't like the discoloration. I'll have to order some because I love the shine and color of copper, but I don't think this will look bad with a bit of discoloration on the bottom portion, might give it some more character. Overall I am SO happy I purchased this! I was hesitant because of the gold spout but it looks amazing in person.

I LOVE THIS!!! It looks exactly as pictured. I got the polished copper and wont worry if it tarnishes, it will add character. Its heavier then I expected and I didnt realize the handle is brass and wood! This is great because you can pick it up directly after boiling and no burns! I also like the spouts design. It pours where you expect and stops pouring the second you lift up. The spout is small so it pours a bit slowly. Also, I only got this kettle yesterday so I cant speak to longevity, however it is very well constructed so I expect it to last a very long time. I really love my beautiful new Turkish Copper Kettle!!! Should have got this along time ago!!!

It's beautiful, of course. There is simply no denying it, and I love having it around the kitchen for that reason alone, as I already have a lot of copper cookware and want to expand on the theme. All said, it is perfectly capable of boiling water for whatever need may arise, and I'll keep it around for a while, I'm sure. That said, the copper-plating has a few weak spots where it didn't take very well (unnoticeable unless you closely inspect it), the outlet and spout are too small (it pours too slowly), the metal lid lacks a wooden knob and so cannot be quickly removed to visually inspect the boil status because it is too hot to touch (I'm tempted to perform a minor hack by drilling a hole in the lid and screwing a wooden drawer knob onto it, if I can find an aesthetic match), and finally (as with all vintage kettles I suppose) it lacks a whistle so you don't know it's ready unless you stand there literally staring at it, which is a colossal waste of time. I didn't realize how much I subconsciously relied on my previous kettle's whistle. Now I do.

This teapot was a replacement for one we'd had from a different seller, and it's SO beautiful. It's a higher quality with heavy, solid copper construction. It was handmade in Turkey and it's truly a work of art. I love seeing little evidence of it being handmade like the hammered nails and the way things are attached. Other reviewers have said this isn't solid copper, but they're wrong. It is 100% solid copper. It has a liner for safety and health reasons since we boil water in it, but it's definitely 100% copper construction. We have a copper sink so I know how this piece will change over time and look forward to each stage. The patina and color change will only make it more special!

Can't find my previous review, but I was wrong to vent my frustration with late delivery on the item. It is beautiful, and despite what you have read it works just fine. Bye the bye, it is lined with tin so you don't ingest copper which can be deleterious to your health over time. Cheers and Happy New year.

This is just great. Worth every penny. Followed the milk first use instructions on the video on tube and yeah we shall see but it’s lovely.

I wanted to buy a stovetop kettle that would be amazing quality and last generations. This seems to be that kettle. It’s beautiful, very well made, does the job perfectly and will look amazing on my stovetop.

We have been looking for a copper kettle for ages and this product is ideal for us , size wise , looks good and is of great quality . Well pleased and delivered in only 4 days and extremely well packaged . Outstanding service on all counts .
