Our children and grandchildren are extremely active and play sports. The use of this tape truly helps with injuries and holding old injuries in place. The wider tape is really good for back and shoulders.

I had injured my Achilles in the gym just before we were heading on a long-planned theme park vacation in Orlando. I could barely walk around the neighborhood without my heel and the back of my leg hurting for hours.Grabbed this tape as a last resort... Lots of the athletes I coach use it but I'd never personally had the need to try it.Pros:- this tape goes on the bottom of my heel. I'm walking 15-20km/day in Florida heat. Getting wet shoes from water rides. Two showers a day ... And the tape lasts a solid three days. It'd probably last longer - but I was removing it to see how the leg felt and allowing for overnight recovery- it actually works. Leg feels great when taped.Cons:-Takes some time to apply. Make sure you do it right -bthey have lots of videos

As long as you apply the tape, as per instructions, it works very well. The tape will not stick properly if you don't, so make sure you read and follow the instructions carefully. My knee/leg was pain free using this tape.

I was desperate enough to try this after a meniscus knee injury.I should have done more research, as I now learn that there is no research backing up any claims made pertaining to the use of this product.Having tried it I can attest that, aside from advertising the user is gullible, it does nothing at all.

I have arthritis in my lower back which causes me a lot pain. I put a strip of the tape on my back and it helps alleviate the pain. I definitely recommend it.
