This is a great pan. It’s perfect for making a grill cheese.

A few notes from experience:This is a good pan, worth the money, and not expected to perform as a top-of-the-line cookware item.PROS:- Perfect size for four bread-size servings (french toast, grilled sandwiches, pancakes).- Nonstick surface won't mar if seasoned properly (very easily achieved through the packaging directions) and used with non-metallic/non-abrasive utensils and cleaning aids.- Handle stays cool. Warms as close to evenly across entire cooking surface as possible for a non-compound pan.CONS:- Must be used on full-size burner (gas or electric) on stove top. This will ensure both full-even heating, and proper balance: if the pan is used on a smaller (6") burner, it become unstable due to the weight of the handle.- Temperature can not exceed medium-high at best. On my range, which calibrates Lo-2-3-4-5-6-Hi, I found with ample preheating it warmed nicely and evenly at 4; but quickly, when set at 6, I started to see signs of it buckling in the center (it is NOT a heavy-duty piece of construction), and while this is not abnormal, it is unacceptable and you might as well throw out a griddle with a dip in its middle if you ever plan to pour a batter (pancake, omelet) because it will simply puddle toward the center and you'll never get a nice, flat round result. BUT THE MED-HI temp is just about perfect for most griddle-food applications, as it insures cooking throughout and a golden brown outside without burning too quickly.I bought this as a replacement for a similar griddle of similar construction which, very honestly, I did NOT treat as I've advised above, and have thus learned my lesson. I hope I save you that experience with these, my own two cents.

I thought this product was a better quality. I purchased it to replace an old one. I wasn’t sure which brand the old one was and decided to go with this but I was not impressed at all when I received it.

The IMUSA 11" Non Stick Griddle has performed very well as expected over the last 2 months. It is important that the bottom has stayed perfectly flat against my electric stove's burners coils as this was the case in this griddle. The flat contact is important for proper overall even heating up of the griddle. The only negative is the corners, as in any square griddle , have a slighly lower temperature. This economical, non stick cookware which should last a few years, if you do not use abrasive cleaning sponges and do not use metal utensils.

This is a awesome grill that I purchased mostly for making pancakes.Well I decided to try cooking bacon on it, and the bacon cooked better than using a skillet and each strip was cooked evenly and nice and straight. The grill is deep enough to hold the bacon grease without spilling over. Great grill that after making the bacon, I was able to wash off and make my pancake.

Excellent quality, very sturdy, and well built. The bottom is built for even heating surface no matter what type of stove top. Non stick surface is excellent for eggs, grilled cheese, etc...nothing sticks and easily slides off. Easy to clean and scratchless...worth the price!

I had a pan just like this but for some reason it was raised up a little bit in the middle. So anytime you made eggs or pancakes, everything would slide to the edges of the pan. This pan is completely flat, easy to clean, and non-stick.

Buena calidad, no se pega nada, aunque lo esperaba más grueso. Está un poco delgado pero trabaja muy bien hasta ahora.

Excelente producto, se siente fuerte y durable. El tamaño es muy práctico para hacer tres quesadillas de buen tamaño.
