She kicks your ass - omg yes it’s repetitive each CD is 2 weeks but you can also buy her slim advance series or slim express series it can all do wonders if you stick to it guaranteed- theses 3 cds do get tougher and tougher no matter if it’s repatative it definitely has you huffing and puffing andsweating im 5’1 and 127 pds size 4 and petite and have a lot of bodily issues with my back and shoulders after a bad accident so this isn’t as hardcore as other work outs but i love love loves Debbie Siebers- it’s older series but I don’t care I turn the music off and I’m ok with it in my home and NO gym required- I quit my gym membership and have lost weight - I don’t follow any program yet but it’s ok I have lost a few pds on my own just doing this workout program and 21 day fix and PiYo check those out also on Beachbody or buy used on eBay or amazon - they are amazing if you like beginning or intermediate working out and more variety- but Debbie Siebers is easy to follow and she has a series for 50+ hats easier on their bodies I’ll be looking for that or something similar when it’s my time I want to be fit for my whole life - I’m not a gym rat but I’m not fat and enjoy a good burn and like to look toned up this is great just stick with it daily !!! The hour long cds sessions I actually split up into 2 day sessions of 30 minutes each combining slim in 6 abs on one day or working on my elliptical the 2nd 30mins of the same Cd but again I hate hour long sessions and this is how I do my working out or I go walking my dogs or myself with my IPod - I am active and 33 years old and own my own company so I want take care of myself ~ ladies enjoy hope this helps :)

I bought this but it says it doesn't work on my DVD player, something about playback. I'm disappointed that nowhere does it say anything about limitationsdoes anyone know how I can fix this? I tried to fix this by getting another and this is how it came and again it would not work.

Honestly, I was disappointed. I purchased the original slim n 6 work out program when they first came out. I was looking to replace my VHS with DVDS ( yes it's been a while). The workouts have been changed. I suppose updated. But I really wanted the original workouts .

I was very disappointed that these DVDs don't work on my DVD player.I have an excellent Toshiba and it doesn't work on it.All my other DVDs work just fine, including all other Beachbody products.They should send you a free item when they falsely advertise. Who would think to see if it had to be "compatible"??Very disappointed.

Great workout for someone that doesn't really like to exercise. It is easy on the joints!

Semi-active, 50+ year old female who also does taebo, core rhythms, and other mid- to hi-impact work out videos (variety is good). A little more challenging that it looks on the surface. Nicely done without all the "self-selling" so prevalent in other workout videos.

My only complaint is it wasn't the old version. This is an updated version and the workout isn't the same. I wanted the older version

3rd video (burn it up) won't play. But I do like the series and have had good results in the past so I'm giving three stars
