Not for practical use..
Paint on it is toxic. Burns off and leaves everything in its path smelling of pure toxic death. I read up about the paint before hand. Cant imagine anyone not knowing. Lighting this stove up is sure to kill you of you dont burn it off firdt. The smell will forever be within the stove. The pipes fill with creosote after one burn. Door is flimsy, smoked out anything I tried to use it in. Even painted it with high temp paint. Turned white hot and paint came off. Put a wood stove door gasket on it. Didnt stay on worth a damn. Now I have a stove that cant be used in a hot tent or ice shack. And no matter what anyone says about the pipes on the sides. You will not cook anything in them if you value your health. There is just too many things wrong with that paint. Sorry but I tried to modify it with hours and hours of hard work. And it is still junk.

Good for the price but needs minor improvements.
Good product for the price. But the door latch is a junk design.Paint is not high temp and burned off the very first use. I will be sandblasting the whole thing and repainting it with high temp bbq paint. Also needs a damper for the stove pipe.

Excellent...but with caution.
Just what I needed regardless of modifications. Like anything else, maintain it and it will serve you well. A caution about the paint....get rid of it first thing....I’m surprised that they are allowed to market it with toxic material included free of charge!! Isn’t anyone vetting imports anymore??

Its definitely different.
Great little stove for the price. Cons: have to let the paint burn off, do not use inside an enclosure until all the paint gone. There is a welded in bottom rack. You have to let ashes build up before a fire will stay going. I bought mine for an ice fishing shack. The legs are wobbly so had to shorten them. The latch is crap. Tge company could have used something else. There is a vent at the back which im not sure why. And a openinv underneath to push the ashes out. Nit sure why when you need alot of ashes to keep it burning. The stack wasn't tall enough so we had to extend it. The stack is 3 inches diameter. I give it 3 star bc it's good quality material for your money. I would buy another knowing what needs adjusting now.

The door latch is junk and needs to be replaced with a more sturdy system. Having said that
I was less than impressed with the quality and workmanship of this stove, however for the price you can't go wrong. The metal looks to be about a 16 ga. sheet metal. The stove pipe is of a very light gauge sheet metal and the spark arester impedes the stove pipe from drawing the smoke. The door latch is junk and needs to be replaced with a more sturdy system. Having said that, after burning off the metallic paint, and redoing it with a flame retardant paint, it will do the job of heating an 8' by 10' or a 10' by 12' tent. A motto I live by as an outdoors oriented person is good gear good results. You get what you pay for folks.
