Really hard to tell but my reading of the ingredients is there appears to be an awful lot of brown rice flour in these rather than milk thistle. It states on the label per tablet there is only 12.50mg milk thistle per tablet but 320,00mg of brown rice. between everything its 500mg per tablet of ingredients. So reality is you are only getting 25mg of milk thistle over 2 tablets and 640 mg of brown rice flour. There are much stronger versions out there. I suspect this is more placebo effect.

I love this product I suffer with eczema and bloating also and I can say it’s made my skin so much clearer and I can finally fit in to my jeans as I’m less bloated all the time now!

Check the milk thistle content before buying. It's mostly brown rice. Good price but this probably explains why.
