So, as others have noted here, the fabric is heavier and a tad stiff, and although heavier, it's not bulky at all.. a big plus; the sizing is spot-on perfect! If you are normally a medium, order a medium etc. I found it very, very comfortable to wear and as others have stated, it works better as a light jacket than it does a shirt. The sleeves (for my personal preference) were a bit short, but I'm tall and lanky so to be fair, often times my sleeves aren't quite at my wrist. I'd love roomier pockets as I'll be using mine more as a smock to wear over a t-shirt in the art studio, and pockets for the work I'm doing are a huge "must have", but, for a casual top, it's stylish and totally fabulous. The color I ordered I love; it's not heavily apparent .. sort of a faded version and more of a very dark, muddy teal instead of a true Navy blue, which I also loved. I'm quite happy overall.

Shirt is FINE. Bought 2--red and blue. Fabric does not look like traditional linen, but finding a quality all-cotton plus size shirt is a feat! Both are well made, comfortable and fit nicely.

I like the style and length (and pockets!), but these run large. I had to return my first one and get a smaller size than normal. Also, the front yoke seam falls in a really odd place across the chest on a fuller figure. All in all, though, a nice winter shirt/shacket. I may get another in a different color.

100% cotton. NO LINEN. However, shirt is heavy in material and looks sturdy.

Love the material, it's thick linen fabric, color is exactly like the website, measures just the size mentioned. Suitable for fall, or even in summer, also use like a jacket casually. Happy to buy, strongly recommend. Easy washing with cold water.

I very rarely submit reviews, but this shirt is definitely everything I hoped for. It's perfect in every way, i.e. awesome fabric, color, great design and well made. Although it was described as "Blue", I'm thrilled to get what I had hoped for, "Teal" (read others comment on the Teal). It's an excellent quality product for the price (in my opinion, a "bargain"). Love it so much, I just ordered another one.

I just got this shirt and I like it a lot.I had in mind several aspects I was looking for, and to my surprise this item had them. It is heavy, has two pockets, and seems to fit my bill.It runs a bit small so I am ordering another one bigger size.I can use this one fine, a bigger size will be even better. Nice shirt.
