I don’t often write reviews, mostly because what I have to say is a mirror of others.Some of our Z-wave plug-in outlets wouldn’t connect to the new security system. And to top it off the security system has made it to where you can’t add any unless you buy them from them.I have controllers from TP-Links Kasa line but none were dimmers. It’s nice to have the ability to set the control as needed and it connected in a breeze to our Google home hub.I’m impressed by the size they are tiny compared to the Z Wave ones and work just as well

The setup was very easy using smart life. But using this plug with dimmable LED under counter lights produced an audible buzzing sound that was unacceptable even with the brightness at 100%. I returned the product.

The satco app appears to be defunct since the company was acquired by Tuya, so don’t waste your time, just download Tuya Smart and set it up that way. I suspect this plug works with the Feit app as well, but haven’t tested it.The plug works as expected, and the dimming is smooth. I have it linked to an ikea motion sensor via alexa.

Loved the dimmer until I replaced the halogen bulbs with led bulbs (T4 G9 20W), now the led bulbs are always on when I turn off dimmer. Customer support was quick to respond. Had the power socket checked out for correct ground not the problem. It appears the dimmer on the off setting still allows a small amount of power to be sent to lamp this will light the led bulbs. Solution put one halogen back into the lamp (lamp flickers when turned on or off and one bulb is different color temp), find a dimmer that works with leds, replace led bulbs with halogen or find led bulbs that have circuitry that the bulb works like an incandescent bulb.

I needed a plug that acts as a dimmer for a floor lamp with led bulbs with Alexa. This works perfect. Keep in mind if you are using led bulbs both the socket and the bulbs have to be dimmable.

Purchased this because 1pk shows dimmable but got 2pk does not seem to be dimmable and dimmable not written on 2 pk box

Very simple to integrate with Alexa, and add to the starfish app. The app is VERY clean, easy to use, and simple.

I was testing out a mix of lamps on a new lighting fixture when I installed this product. When I dimmed the the fixture, I heard a loud buzzing sound from the plug . I then switched all the lamps to dimmable LED lamps and the annoying buzzing was gone. Software installation was a breeze.
