My husband got me this for Christmas 🎄 and I love it it sparkles nothing came broken he also got me a cross on Amazon also something you can’t read what people say it’s how you take care of your jewelry the only thing that was wrong with this order is husband ordered a 18” and we received a 16” it’s ok but wish they have gotten the order right we should get a refund for 20 $

The gold necklace connection broken after wearing it only a few times over a three or four week period. I was very gentle with the necklace when closing it. It broke anyway. The seller hid behind their 30 day refund policy. The necklace is not worthy of its price because it is too fragile. The seller apparently doesn’t care and will not refund. Lesson learned. I will not ever purchase from this seller again.

Over all great necklace. Very thick and durable. Shiny. But DONT ORDER 18” because they will send a 16” & won’t pay you back the difference. But other than that the product is amazing. Would shop again if they got me the right size. But I’m going to take my money to another company after that.

It's already broken and has 3 thin spots. Bought for my 20 year old son who has been careful with it.

I ordered the 22 inch chain and it is perfect and looks so pretty and shiny. I have a cross pendant on it and they both look great together. The chain is kind of delicate (but not too thin) and looks good with whatever I am wearing as I wear it continuously 24/7 365. It did say if one wore it in the shower it might loose its shiny looks eventually but for me to take it off every night and put on again next morning would be a real hassle and I couldn't do that anyway so I am taking a chance but in the meantime I'm loving it.

This product broke the very first time the chain was worn. I asked for the item to be returned/exchanged. I had to pay almost $20 to ship the necklace back and then the company wouldn’t even send me a replacement necklace. Instead they refunded me and deducted another $28 for a restocking fee. Not sure how you can restock a broken/damaged item. Almost $50 in shipping and fees to return their defective merchandise. I would not recommend buying this item at all! Extremely disappointed!
