I’ve had several of the cheap sets given to me for presents and they never work. Picked these up on a lark to hep on a project on my ‘84 BMW R100RT motorcycle. Screw steel is harder than whatever it is screwing into, so your bits have to be able to take a bite outta that hatred steel. All of my old sets either wore out or broke on this one screw. Once thee arrived I had the old bolt removed in five minutes. The set is also contained inva an attractive case that protects and organizes at the same time. The holes in the form do’t ready Ike giving up their bits when the time comes but that’s my only complaint. Plenty of room to additional pieces on your own. I’ve had it outperform three additional time on this one project. Be advised old Beemers bolts will rust bd. This extractor set is just what I needed to tackle that problem.

I think I'm in the sand boat as a lot of the reviews. I needed to remove a bunch of stupid screws from a deck and it worked sometimes. I think I just need more practice.

Was easy to use but didn't work for the screw I needed it to remove even though I followed the instructions.

I’m sure this is good for household screws and bolts but not good for automotive grade bolts. Can’t cut through the bolts like it can with a household screw. Kinda wasted 20$ but I’m gonna keep it and use it on household projects just in case. It’s a meh 3 starts from me.

This is a fantastic kit! I had looked for a screw extractor set at the homedepot near my house and they had very little to offer in terms of small size extractors. Fortunately, this set provides wide kind of options for business or hobby work. Super recommend the purchase!

Very strong. Bought a reverse drill bit from the hardware store that snapped into. Returned it for another and strip the end off so I ordered this first time I put pressure on it the screw backed up great job

Perfect little kit. Did exactly what it needed to do. Had to get a badly stripped screw out of a fat ps3 and was very nervous that I would only make the situation worse, followed the instructions and worked like a charm!
