Anchorprise Digital Cooking Large Display-Auto Shut-off Thermometer

I want a refund. Im a ACF accredited chef and we deal with real temps. This came +3 high and its not adjustable, cold water test proves that and temping meats. Its takes well over 30-60 seconds to read out. 15 secs is max for food safety and even then long. I used it for one day and it could not read accurate or even read, it read 46 degrees for a med rare steak, 35-40 for ice water and will fluctuate from 0-random numbers when temping hot items. Garbage. Plus its Probe is longer than expected. You will need a backpack to carry it because a chef only has a few spots to carry tools. Do not buy.

A very cheap product with a 20sec read time, I would avoid. This is not a quick read thermometer. The first thermometer I had broke after the first day, the company was nice to deliver another, but another terrible thermometer is all

LCD would not display numbers correctly. Returned for refund.

It works ok now that I figured out it's not instant. Have to hold it in the steak for about 5 seconds for an accurate read. A good investment if you consider what steak cost nowadays.
