It was used!! The vendor contacted me by email asking me what it would take to change my rating. I requested if they would send a new dryer without charge for product and shipping I would give it a shot.Do not waste your MONEY!!! This item is awful. The cord still looks old. Tried to used and their is no heat guard on the handle it gets very hot. Cannot use for very long.I do not like giving bad ratings however, this product is not worth the cost when you can buy a better product for the price.

I used one of these drying brushes at a friends wedding and was so excited to get my own. This product had good reviews, but I’m not thinking that many of them are not real, unless I got a dud brush. The temp control doesn’t actually change the temp. High and low are the same, with medium not as much a temp as power difference (very little power). I would have returned it if it hadn’t arrived while I was away. Oh well.

I love this item. I have thin wavy hair. It smoothes and straightens. The fly always and dryness are less evident.

This gets the job done but it gets so hot sometimes I have to turn it off for a few seconds to cool down.

Takes slightly longer than a standard blow dryer but does a good job smoothing and straightening so saves time on the second step

Todo bien pero el cable se enrredaIt's ok, BUT the cable gets tangled every time you dry...

This product was horrible. The temperature was terrible no middle heat. Either to hot or to low n slow. The Bristels started breaking/turning within the first 3 minutes. The power cord does not swivel as previously mentioned n cord gets completely entangled. Within 4 to 5 minutes it turned off by its self n wont turn back on..I guessing from the heat. on the first try.

Solo lo encendí y se quemo intente hacer una devolución y nunca se pudo hacer. Perdí el dinero. No lo recomiendo. Si realmente necesita este producto cómprese el original.
